Anger Management for Men Psychoeducational Support Group
The group consists of five (5) weekly meetings, each meeting lasting
ninety (90) minutes, in which participants will learn:
Identification of anger triggers
Identification of personal anger style
A more effective means of managing anger
Improved communication skills
Healthy and productive ways of utilizing feelings such as anger
for achieving goals
How to manage anger in a variety of settings including at home
and work
